Don’t scrub with acne and don’t use tree oil with keratosis - moisturize and use products with 10-30% urea

Before buying anything try these things: shower after working out, don’t stay in your sweaty clothes; always wear clean clothes; try washing your hair upside down because hair products can clog pores; make sure you wash your back properly-don’t forget about it; wash your bedsheets more often.

It’s sucks that kp never goes away. Shorts and short sleeve season sucks because I always get questions about it and then I have to explain. It’s one of my biggest insecurities

Salycilic acid is good for back acne and strawberry legs. For keratosis pillaris urea creams are good.

As someone who had severe KP/ Strawberry skin,
I have CLEARED my kp in 6 months without spending much money
1 - lather on your soap/ bodywash (imo dove soap works best)
2 - Exfoliating glove while you shower
3 - scrub your skin but don't go too hard
4 - Moisturize IMMEDIATELY after the shower. (Look for eucirin in your lotion)

HAVE PATIENCE WITH IT.

Do this no more than ×3 per week
You'll start seeing the difference in 1 month.
Tip: focus on moisturization, never dry out your skin.
It's gonna take work but stay consistent.

for back acne, rinse conditioner upside down because the stuff in conditioner is not good for the skin on your body

Praying that Rihanna sees your videos and recruits you to join Fenty Beauty. Love your work. Thank you for the advice.

I have KP. It’s genetic the only way you can treat it is with exfoliation but I’ve been told that it typically goes away in your 50s. But you are beautiful with or without KP. Love your unique skin.

this is most often associated with hormonal problems, instead of spending money on cosmetics, it is better to go to the doctor

For back, I use Differin body wash. It works amazing. And make sure to exfoliate your back. Mine gets acne from clogged pores and excess sebum/skin cells. I was getting a lot of acne in a certain area and I realized it was from my bra straps! You know, I spent so much time trying to clear up my face acne as a teenager and young adult, I didn't realize I needed to have a routine for other parts of my skin as well. I thought it would just clear up on its own. It sucks, but I have to have this routine for my whole life I guess or until I get older and stop producing as much sebum.

Tea tree oil is drying at best, exactly what KP doesn’t like. Instead, use special KP products from the pharmacy, they are usually chemical exfoliants and there is a brand specialised on all KP, but I forgot the name

A glycolic body wash and a niacinamide body lotion is what will help. Tea tree might be drying and cause more inflammation to the affected areas. Glycolic acid is a chemical exfoliant, so you don’t have to deal with a harsh physical exfoliant

Just go for glycolic acid from ordinary. Do research on it and you can thank me later ✨

In my case physical body scrubs just made it worse. What's helped me after 10 years of backne:
1. Cerave Lotion
2. Chemical exfoliate
3. Sauna every week
4. Little to no dairy in my diet
