After sorting his bottles and cans, he became obsessed with recycling, and how it can help save the environment, and decided to start his own business – Ryan’s Recycling Company. Now 7, Ryan has disposed of more than 200,000 bottles and cans and earned about $21,000. It’s all in a hard day’s work.

ok. aluminum cans currently pay $.30 per pound. $21, 000/.30= 70, 000 pounds times 32 cans to a pound = 2, 240, 000 cans. divided by 4 years = 560, 000 cans per year. divided by 365 days = 1535 cans collected EVERY day....or use their numbers of $21000 divided by cans = $.105 per can. times 32 cans per pound. means he was able to cash in his cans for $3.36 a pound. Michigan pays $.10 per can. i think Kramer already proved its impossible.

Doesn't his city/state have municipal recycling programs? I can't see why a private company is recycling cans and bottles when the city should be doing it (we pay taxes for a reason).
