As a nonprofit, INCubatoredu's mission is to bring authentic, rigorous entrepreneurial education to all high school students in America.

Michael Miles and Karl Fruecht founded INCubatoredu, a dynamic program that teaches entrepreneurism through hands-on learning, in 2013. Two years after launching INCubatoredu at Barrington High School, the program has spread to 33 schools in six states. INCubatoredu disrupts many traditional approaches to education, replacing them with innovative, effective methods. As a nonprofit, INCubatoredu’s mission is to bring authentic, rigorous entrepreneurial education to all high school students in America. Miles also has 25+ years of experience building, growing and operating businesses. Miles founded SeatonCorp, a leading provider of recruiting, vendor-on-premise staffing, and end-to-end supplier management solutions. Under Miles’ leadership, SeatonCorp grew from a staff of 2 to one of Crain Chicago Business’ “Largest Privately Held Companies,” with more than 2,500 employees.
