Start charging these kids parents or grand parents for half the crimes these kids do. And pay for their jail time and food if they get caught. It's starts at home

Man I use to travel down to Clarksdale as a kid. It's only as big as a blink. Sorry to hear so much negativity about our southern cities. Especially Clarksdale because back in the day it was a mostly peaceful place to be. Lincoln Street Piggly Wiggly I stayed a half block down the road from there.

This dude at the end of the video did everything he possibly could, to be politically correct. It won't work. Do you think the one's that are out are afraid of being fined. They don't care about going to Prison, so what's the fine supposed to do. Hellloooo, McFly.
