The Bullitt cargo bike is solid as a rock, even with 100kg (220lbs) payload or more. I had no problem even downhill in 40km/h (25mph). The trip is a coast to coast randonnée from Stockholm to Gothenburg. The goal was to load 100kg cargo, wich is the rated maximum payload for Bullitt cargo bike. But when I checked the weight at the end, I had 135kg of cargo. In total it was 236kg including me, the rider. And still fully maneuverable.

So that was 130 kg excluding the rider or the weight of the actual bike?
Very impressive.

I say that because I was looking at a video for the R&M Load 75 and it turns out that with a 2 metres tall and 120 kg rider like myself and the bikes iwn weight, it is only able to carry an additional 30 kg of cargo if you follow it's own weight limitations.
I thought that was incredibly disappointing for what is supposed to be an suv cargo bike.
And apparently it's quite a delicate machine too if you overload it.

Considering I've had over 70 kg of cargo behind me on cheap trailers pulled by an ordinary bicycle.

Hi, nice video. I have a question. How important is it to balance out the weight on either side? Could you work with like a 10 kg difference?
