honestly I always felt this way about my Favorite: Heliolisk

+decent Speed and Sp Atk
+Flexible Abilities which can potentially let you slot it in 3 different weather teams if Sand Veil wasn't banned

honestly, on rain I found that Dry Skin Heliolisk does some fun things, especially with Surf and Thunder.

I would never say it could "cut it" in higher tiers but it is decent in my eyes

The curse of "Okay" or "Fine" Pokemon. They're not the obviously unplayable doodoo that you could see a mile away. They're just fine and therefore often come up short but are just un-bad enough to be looked at. Okay or Fine Pokemon always coming in second to Great or Optimal Pokemon

The first part of the video was a really good thing for a lot of people to hear. Some people don't understand that there are those who enjoy competitive mons for the competition, the optimization needed to win. This is just as valid as goofing around with whatever you like not caring about winning or losing or what other people think.

As a Gallade lover, when it got Sharpness as its ability in Scarlet Violet, I was happy that it finally got huge buff and thought it would finally be great in OU and be better and Gardevior since Gen 5. Turns out it did, but didn’t last that long. I had to accept reality again.

Really feeling this as an Absol fan. 😭Gamefreak decided my fave needs to be both slow and frail, yet not slow enough to benefit from trick room. It got buffed by a regional gimmick, but it's a gimmick that's restricted to one per team and there's no reason to use mega Absol over way better mega choices. Feels bad.
