Both AP and Telangana are similar states even though in AP cutoff goes high they allowed non local candidates to participate but here the state with lowest cutoff don't want let even students of the same state who for some reason studied outside the state 😢 let it make doctors but how will a doctor who scored 500 marks in neet compete with doctors of different calibre of other states
