It’s good to hear what are the acceptable ways to partner up with referral sources. We hear so much about what we *cannot* do that it’s so helpful to get tips on what we *can* do. I did not know happy hours and lunches for realtors was a legal activity to do. I just assumed it cannot be anything that costed money (or any thing of value).

Excellent, information for marketing. Also, from researching branding to-do's there's a cost associated with it that some LOs may feel they can't afford to do it. I'm new to the industry and firmly believe in investing in myself and business. Gotta stand out from the crowd. Thanks guys!

Lol.. yea call realtor for one on one. To discuss what? Kickbacks? Bc loan officers barely give any leads to realtors

It would benefit the project as a whole if the guest were allowed more time to develop what it is they are there to talk about, seems the host really likes to keep his hands on the steering wheel at all times, and he does give them an opportunity to talk he tends to cut in all the time. After a while it gets annoying. Remember its a podcast not a "see and hear what I know me been the host". Me, me, me look at me, look at me, hear me, hear me.
