I can't update the firmware but I can connect to the dashcam wifi but there's no Internet and when connected my mobile has no Internet. Very strange

Got it but its not doing what its supposed to do. No speed record, no sat nav history, about 10 to 25 seconds playback. Interfering with my spotify app, my hands free phone app. Any ideas.
