These videos are helpful. We have seen the explanation and examples of the tools used in other videos, but it is helpful to see them applied in a "real world" scenario. Learning when to switch tools and settings and the explanation and your thought process as you formed your strategy why was beneficial. Thanks.. Nice work as always.

Looks like some useful tips. I took some of the tips from the other video (about the different tools including the patch tool) and was able to apply them to remove a whole bunch of people from a photo. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked, although I'm sure there were areas that could have been finessed a little better. Key point I took out of this was patience as it can take some time to do it right. But it can be done.

There is one powerful tool that you glossed over. The brush tool would have been your best friend in many parts of this image. For example, on her shirt where you had to get rid of the reflection from his blue shirt, you could have sampled a mid-range hue with the eyedropper from her shirt and brushed over that area with the brush tool on a low opacity and low flow set to either color or hue blend mode, maybe even screen or multiply depending on the area that you were brushing. Actually, you could have used the same method to remove his blue shirt from the wine glass. Another way that you could have used the brush tool was when you were fixing the softer shorline in the background on the right side of the image and sampled the original color that was there, which actually was lighter than the sampling that you had used from the left side of the image. Or possibly another method would have been to set the Clone stamp tool to screen or lighten.

Now I'm just nitpicking because I would have used the Clone stamp properties panel when you were recreating the cable for the bridge and slowly would have angled the Clone stamp subtly so that it would have felt more realistic.

Just some suggestions so you can add them to your Photoshop toolbox if you like. Otherwise, great stuff as usual. Thanks for the video and the effort!

Part get rid of the color cast of the shirt: Wouldn't be easier to activate the selection, make a new blank layer, set them to the blend mode of color, sample the color of the shirt and paint it to the shirt. Its only an idea, I'm no pro. Your Tutorials are great, I learn so much.

Hi can you please tell me how you magnify the image so close to see small details of the image?! Is that a zoom tool or do you have to set up a shortcut for that?
