There is no money. Federal Reserve Notes is not money. A note is a negotiable instrument. Does the “supposed” lending agency deposit the promissory note to their account. Do banks ”lend” you the funds or do they create the money off your signature/autograph?

I want to trade in my vehicle that I’m using as collateral on a personal loan. It was refinanced into the loan. It was 17000 at the time. They are willing to give me 23, 000 for it. How can I trade it in if the full personal loan is 25000 payoff?
