I don’t care what people say about Arnold. “Steroids” or no “Steroids”. The guy is a pure workhorse! He is the perfect example of living “The Dream” in The United States🇺🇸. People always bash “Bodybuilders” for using “Drugs” but they never acknowledge the amount of work they still had to put in. IMO “Bodybuilders” are the hardest working athletes out of any other athlete. No other type of athlete comes even close. I think a lot of other sports coaches should have “Bodybuilders” as guest speakers for their teams. They’re perfect examples of what it truly takes to be a “Champion”.

Listening to these motivates me to work harder in the gym. Being a former alcoholic who wanted better is what drove me to the gym. I weighed 215 and kept failing but after these, they got me down to 185 after two months. These videos help me even after I feel sore and want to sleep some more.
