I am Ukrainian from Kiev. On February 24, I woke up from my mother's words "We are leaving. The war began." While I was throwing things in a bag in my head was spinning Resistance. It's one of my fav muse songs and it's so topical now ✊🏻

Always felt that this one was rly underrated in terms of the technicality. Dom's drumming is sharp and elaborate the whole way through, and the bass during the "We must run" part is imo one of the hardest sections to play in all of Muse's discography. Love that they've been pulling this one out for the WOTP tour as it's a great example of how technically talented these three are

I was casually reading 1984 while listening to my usual playlist, and this song comes on and here I am actually listening to the lyrics and I hear "you'll wake the thought police" I'm like woah wait a sec...
