Reminds me of a lesson I learned in the military, just because you can doesn't mean you should!

Those are large rocks balanced on sediment, not structures engineered with reinforced concrete and rebar etc.

I guess this is why Plato thought democracy was a bad idea. That guy gets to vote.

I have an absolute paralysing phobia when it comes to heights. I can't help but wonder why some people are not afraid! Death is only a second away.

My question is how did he get there in the first place? Getting back looked easier than getting there.

I saw for myself how crazy some mofo's are when I visited the canyon for the first time. It seemed like every other person had a death wish.

Nope, no way possible. I remember reaching the mouth of the Grand Canyon and getting dizzy looking out over all of it because my mind couldn't take in the depth of it

I feel bad for rescue/retrieval workers who have to fetch the decomposing flesh of idiots like this.

I was at the Cliff of Moher in Ireland and could not believe how cavalier people were running around the edge of that cliff. It was about a 700-800 foot fall, straight down into rocks and ocean. Have you ever been out walking and tripped and fallen? I think almost all of us have. All it would have taken was one of those. There were 66 deaths there from 1993 to August 2017.

When they say, "live your life to the fullest", I don't believe they were insuating this irrational type of behavior.
