The reason they have no clothes on is cuz of a glitch when your world crashes/glitches
1. It kicks u out
2. When you join back all ur houses are empty
3. If you fix all of them and get final touches in the post office it’s basically all gone.
4. You might freak out but there’s a solution :)

1. Go to the main menu where it shows the world and the play button
2. If you look in the top right corner of your screen it should have a redo button.
3. It might sound like a weird idea but hold it and start it over.
4. Don’t worry, your purchases not be gone!
5. If your purchases are gone, go to the shop, scroll all the way to the bottom, then press ‘restore purchases’ if you tap it you will use your apple ID to get your purchases back.
6. If you redecorated all the houses before, don’t worry! It most likely keeps the house decorated! :)

If anyone is confused,

So if u raged and deleted the app and u reloaded it and then nothing that u purchased is on there then what ur gonna do is ur gonna go to the Home Screen of Toca Boca and then press the shopping cart and then what ur gonna do is ur gonna scroll down to the very bottom until u see a black button that says restore purchases and then ur gonna press that button then u should get all of ur packs/houses back except for the characters that u made. Hope this helps!❤

READ BEFORE DOING This is not true! I thought that it was but is isn’t! Because my Toca was like taking me back to my Home Screen and not letting me in to the houses and places in the world. This is not to be against this video but just be careful. I only got like a few worlds back but still be careful, ( you lose all of your houses )

here’s what to do if you deleted your app and you had houses on there first go to the shop it’s the car then scroll all the way down until you see restore payment or whatever it’s called. I forgot then click that and is and it will restore whatever you bought and make sure you have the same password you had before and that’s how you get it back. Hope this helps.!

I had toca boca once and i had a bunch of places and packs and houses but then one day everything reseted but everything was still there and my progress was gone so i deleted the app and then i redownloaded it yesterday but i only got 1 house that i had before and when i tapped restore purchases nothing happend

To get them back you have to scroll to the very end in shop and click repurchase or whatever is says its gonna be a black thing with repurchase written then click it and wait and click “great ur all set” then yeah

Guys one time I tried this and Bec í was so desperate but it didn’t work everything got deleted í had the small free house 🏡 and I cried í was only 5 and I had to start all my progress again

I know what to do if you deleted the app did you download it again? All you gotta do is go back where you bought the stuff at and go all the way to the bottom and then you see that button black and white button you just click on it and you get it. You get everything back you bought

So if you delete the app and get it again and you want your purchases just go to the menu and press the shop than scroll down to the bottom area and press restore all purchases then click it and it will give you your purchases back so you don’t have to spend more money
