I'd love to have this book! I'm from Little Elm, Texas and the amount of vegan food around me is shockingly low so I tend to cook all of my food and 99% of my recipes come from your other books and/or your channel! Absolutely love what you guys do and the positive vibe you put out into the world.

I’ve been struggling with Ulcerative Colitis for 4 years. It got really bad the past year. I found the right doctors and nutritionists and they put me on a heavily modified Vegan diet which I was not thrilled about, but had to focus on in order to heal without surgery and/or heavy drugs. I dropped from 180 lbs to 137, was anemic, hypoglycemic, low levels vitamin D, and 5 other inflammatory and bad indicators in my blood for overall health... 2-3 months into the rough change to the diet, I found your YouTube channel and you dudes ignited a dormant passion I had years ago for cooking and food. As I healed, I learned many of your recipes and shared them with all my friends and family. They’re jealous of my meals! Especially your Indian and Curry series... weekly Dahl and Chickpea Curry for me! I’m not out of the woods yet, but I’m gaining weight and have a ‘YO DUDES’ positive mindset now that I’m absorbing (the right) foods and nutrients again. I’d be in a different negative place now emotionally had I not received your passion and excitement for Vegan cooking. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for your passion, excitement, and innate ability to teach vegan cooking with the world. My life is brighter because of you dudes! Thanks again, Tyler. San Diego, California, USA.

I absolutely love you guys, I've discovered your recipes by mistake on YouTube about 5 years ago, I live between two countries on the planet and thanks to internet I can take you anywhere I go! This looks amazing! I am from South Africa but lived in Ireland for a year last year and visited your restaurant. I love your recipes and youtube videos, they are so accessible and fun and reminds me so much of the happy time I had in Ireland! I'm from mid-Missouri: Grew up in a canned food desert on a farm where animals were slaughtered. When I was of age, I moved around the US and settled in Seattle. Now a vegetarian for three years and vegan for one and a half, I've lost 60+ pounds, become a personal trainer, and am studying to become a nutrition coach! I'd love to be chosen as a winner of your book. I often refer new clients to your channel to learn how to cook healthier, more nutritious foods. So excited about this!! I would love the book as we live in a teeny tiny village in Norway and coming by some vegan ingredients can be very difficult so having the know how of a chef to build up things that we can get would be a real life saver! Can't wait!
