The Joshlin Smith kidnapping trial continues - 11 April 2025

The first accused in the Joshlin Smith trial has taken to the witness stand in the Western Cape High Court.

Jacquen Appollis is testifying in the trial within a trial to determine the admissibility of a statement he made to police in March 2024.
