I hope this video helps me. Lian Li employees apparently don’t know how to write so they provide a two page manual with pretty much stick drawings and no explanations.

I like their equipment and have two pc’s with Lian Li parts but I’m at a point that I am not going to go through the torture if trying to read their minds trying to figure out how to wire multiple devices to work.

I need help. I bought the aio which came with a controller. I also bought the triple pack and that also come with a controller....but they are both totally different connections for each controller. I cant really need 2 controllers for the same make and prduct just to run aio and the fans to be in sync rgb wise?

Are you sure fourteen fans and an AIO is going to be enough cooling. 😀

adding the thermal paste is it necessary to use the sticker could i just add the thermal paste to the cpu and spread evenly over the cpu

How exactly do we determine the fucking orientation for the sticker? That's why I'm here. Is it entirely based on long vs short axis?

I still don't understand how to get the radiator rgb to turn on. The cable that comes from the radiator is one fan and one plug that doesn't go into the pump. Do I HAVE to use the hub for this. I don't want to right now but it seems I have to to get the lights to turn on?

I had 4 questions:

1. On first boot I won’t have L connect, so I shouldn’t use the USB 2.0 cable from the controller?
Instead I use the pwm and rgb cables for motherboard sync. But you said you’ll connect both options (L connect vs motherboard) to be thorough, is that safe?

2. Also I was wondering what is powering the pump RGB LED if you never used the port from the pump? Shouldn't I connect the pump LED to something?

3. You connected the controller PWM to the CPU fan header, won't that run all fans at a high RPM. I thought CPU radiator fans should only run at max speed. Can L-Connect help me regulate all the fan speeds?

4. What is preferrable on a first time boot, motherboard sync or L-Connect?

good video, but I have a question I got the lian li galahad 2 trinity sl-inf and tmb 2 pack d 3 sl-in f 120 fans, my question is could I connect all this to the same controllers either from the aio or from the fans In case you can't because of the connectors, they come with the 4-pin adapter cable so that the triple fans can be connected to the aio controller!!! I'm a little confused, thanks

Your videos are fantastic tutorials. What size of long screws did you purchase and do you have a link? I believe 6/32” about 1 1/4”?

I have two questions:
1. Can I apply thermal paste (X) on CPU as well? or it required to applied on the pump surface?
2. I will fit the cooler directly to the case without the upper 3 fans, is it OK?

No mention of what the other socket on the aio is for? You mentioned the one to sync the leads of the pump to the motherboard, but what about the socket adjacent to that?
