Does it only occur to me that this man speaks English with his throat squeezed, with so much emphasis on words among sentences and so exaggerated stress on letters among words? As if one is tuning the "contrast" way too high. Instead of some "high" and "jumpy" and really really unnecessary exciting mood, a more peaceful way would be much better, as this is CPI number, not your bank account balance. No need to get too much nerve on it. WaHaha!
