Oooozin? U-zin? Uz-in? Yeah who knows, but what we do know is that these Uzin flooring products are made by those clever clog German fellas who are masters of efficiency and ingenious design as we know, and this collection is no exception.

If you’re not still stuck in a long term relationship with F.Ball, and perhaps you’ve flirted with Bostik from time to time, now is definitely the time to jump into bed with Uzin and give them a go.

This snappily named bag of powder, Uzin NC 196, is a rapid setting cementitious and fibre reinforced smoothing compound that is built for smoothing out those bumpy surfaces with a thickness range of 3-40mm in interior locations.

Like a good pair of incompetence pants, NC196 features good moisture absorbency, and is also suitable to be used over underfloor heating systems. The paper sack is 20kg in size and needs 3.5 – 4 litres of water to be mixed in with it.

Coverage is approximately 4m2 at 3mm thickness and you can hop, skip, and jump across it after an Usain Bolt record time of 2-3 hours. It is ready for a new floor to be laid on it after 24 hours.
