Join me on Day 1 of The 21 Days of Qigong journey to help you establish a daily practice.
Stress is powerful, so as relaxation. Practice this Qigong flow to relax and recharge the body, settle the mind and feel calmer and more centered.

A 15 minute practice is based on three pillars of Qigong: the movement, the breath and the mind (intention). The flow incorporates deep breathing to activate energy in the body and gentle body movements to connect the mind to the body and the breath. Suitable for mornings, midday or evenings.

I have trouble sleeping at night, I overthink a lot of things and for the last 2 years, I did not get good sleep. Today was my 1st day of Qigong. Feeling relaxed(sleepy). I Will update you after 21 days on how was my experience. Hope this thing will workout for me.

Hi Kseny, what a relaxing routine. Qi gong feels so good. I have chronic nerve pains in monthly flare-ups for about 10 years now. Since i learned about mindbody medicine and read books from dr. Sarno and Dr.Schubiner i understand and handle it a lot better. I meditate since 3 years and now started qi gong and it is so nice and relaxing. Thank you so much!

I used to practice yoga every morning but since I discovered your channel it’s qigong I want to do more and more. I have more energy for my day. Today’s class was perfect, a moving meditation. I closed my eyes and just enjoyed feeling the energy moving. Thank you Kseny!
