I watched the entire bodycam footage of his sobriety test and arrest. He seemed very mildly intoxicated. He was fine to drive. And doing 50 in a 40 isn't fast. Almost everybody does 10-15 over, in my experience. This is much ado about nothing. By the way, those sobriety tests are designed so they can arrest you no matter what. Any tiny deviation from their very specific instructions, which they give as fast as they can possibly speak (on purpose), can cause you to "fail" the test.
