Most IMPORTANTLY join a school or see a professional instructor!! It's statistically proven the single most important ingedient to safe paragliding is education. I usually like your videos but as you call it a how to start and not just a presentation, I think for this one it's important to add a warning. You should also mention to people to go to a school before getting their first fly. There are so many other things to consider about the technic, weather and so on to fly secure.
Getting a wing and start ground handling in kinda windy conditions as you mention, you could be taken off from the ground in a second and have a very bad landing...

I think starting in a field or at a beach would be a good place to learn to start. A hill may give you to much lift. Like your videos on the airfields.

Who makes that kiting harness? It looks simple and useful. I'm using a modified construction safety harness which is functional but not ideal. Love your videos. Keep it up!
