There is a quick shortcut by pressing the ALT+F9 key to show the merged field in mail merge instead of going to "options and Advanced and find the print.."

The ones in chevrons are the merge fields, the ones in the cool brackets are field codes.

Are you sure that's how you have to print your document with merge fields displayed?? Please reply Chikasa . Because it shoes something else in the mark scheme and I done what you done in this video in my exam

Does it matter where you put your centre number and candidate number in the footer?
