You should checkout virtual customs, they have themes for just about any windows OS

only thing I'm afraid is that, my PC got froze when I installed uxtheme and disabler then moved the files of particular theme to resources/themes...then I clicked on personalisation then on custom theme then, everything frze I had to force shut the PC then restarted, it still d same....
so now I'm afriad

It doesn't works, I have the last update and everything is the same, it only changed a bar in the file explorer, just that, nothing changed.
