I have two video suggestions. The first is how to get by defenders. I'm fast and have okay handles, but whenever I get in a game I can't get by them. The second is how to be more confident and less nervous. I can do almost everything perfectly at practice, but when I play matches I tend to overthink and get nervous so I sometimes miss open layups. It often ends with me having 0 points, and that really crushes my confidence.
