I love how legendary moments are named with such creativity in the NFL, "The Catch", "The Fumble", "The Drive", "The Tackle", and my favorite: "The Catch II"

As a Browns fan it’s crazy how this happened before I was alive but it still hurts to watch 😂

I was 9 years during this game. I cried all night. I was heartbroken.

it sucks because everyone blames him but the offense turned the ball over like 5 times before that

I have to say, Browns fans are the most loyal fans ever, The Fumble, The Drive, and all the other heartbreaking things that have happened to Cleveland make them really good fans.

No doubt, Cleveland is the most unlucky sports town to ever be on the face of this planet.

I know this game is remembered for that fumble, but jeez let's talk about 2 turnovers leading to 14 Denver points and horrible tackling at 1:10.

This was the year I officially got into football. It is one of my all time favorite games ever. Broncos came out cooking, but Bernie brought them back into contention. The Earnest Byner fumble was hurtful, but they had too many issues with tackling and fumbling.

That was the best thing for me and my Redskins. :) no fumble no Redskin Byner. At least he went to the Super Bowl after they kicked him to the curb. For real though, they had so many other ppl that contributed more to that loss than Byner. Poor guy

In this video I noticed two plays where Jeremiah Castille participated that resulted in a change of possession. MVP. The first one was in Brian Brennen he got his arm in the way of the football it was deflected and intercepted and resulted (following series) in a touchdown. In pretty sure Denver claimed Castille off waivers from Tampa Bay. What a great effort. Incredible.

I feel like a lot of cleveland fans either have forgotten or never realized, a Byner TD there would have only tied the game. The broncos took an intentional safety shortly after which is why the final score was 38-33. If Byner scored the game would have been 38-38 and elway would have had yet ANOTHER chance to devour Cleveland’s soul, and even if he didn’t then he could have done it in OT.

I was sitting in the old South Stands at Mile High for this game and watched the fumble straight on. Great effort by Byner and great strip by the defense.
