I've been watching for awhile but your budget Mando build conviced me to built a suit of custom armor for my son. He's a huge star wars and Boba & Mando fan and is over the moon. I'm 3D printing it, so we're customizing it to his liking. I'm 3D printing it but I'm using Sintra as the base for it. I've printed him a helmet and the chest armor so far. Waiting for the Sintra to be delivered tomorrow along with the ballistic vest to put it on.

With Aluminum armor like this would it be OK to braze things together? I do not have a Tig and I want to make a metal kit. Also you do Bad Ass work

Build the Armorers tool box she had when forging the armor for Grogu, that would be a nice addition to your collection. This is the way.
