This KRA Menu is not giving the sales option to follow steps to generate the invoice. And the instructions are moving so fast to follow closely.

If it’s not up to date, remove it instead of misleading citizens with incorrect information.

I’m unable to create an invoice because the information provided is wrong, outdated, or of no help to citizens.

@ kra how do i generate a credit note on the same ecitizen as well as why am i unable to select the tax type it automatically picks type D....yet am invoicing for professional fee that attracts withholding tax

Two Issues.... How do I edit an invoice if I made a mistake... Once saved you cant edit... How do I reverese? As you enter details the edit buttons keep moving away fro the accessible screed. This system still needs a couple of updates... Very difficult to use...
