My grandmother, Lucy Condren, only spoke Muskogee until she was 5 yrs old.

My husband’s grandmother fought hard along side the elders for the language to be taught and kept alive! 💖 This is wonderful! I really want to teach my daughters their heritage 💖

So good, thank you!! I go to Haskell Indian Nations University and I’m about to start creating videos about Afro-Indigenous life and universal consciousness. I appreciate this video & just ordered a mvskoke dictionary ❤❤

Hi. I also want to thank you. I just found this today. I am not Native, but I have 2 very good friends who are Creek. I am learning because not only do I legitimately love learning, but I want to surprise them! I have already saved this and plan on playing it back until I master it as best I can!

My dad & uncle's know some words, my grandpa Joe Smith could speak it fluently but unfortunately when he passed away so did the language.. I'm trying to learn my native language so I can pass it to my son's, they as myself owe it to ourselves & our heritage!!

AS for my personal views, its more than a a blessing,
One that dates back to 1888
My father's grandmother,
Loved her so much, unsure there reasons no to pass on this knowledge, Creek and Seminole. I find so many
Family's who language not pass on . As I listen, my thoughts so Grateful ,
Someone listened to there hearts to do this
So many deep thought
Share yet a need to pass on to people even years to come
That feeling a need,
Thanks you for, for giving thought and savings this knowledge

Mvto, it sure helping me remember and refreshing our language to me again. I learned the old language, as my grandpa Newman told me the Old Semvnolē language the long words.
And I sure miss hearing him speak to all his brothers and sister in our language. Growing up listening to them speak it every time they got together I could figure out what they said and I always loved when they change there expression and have the loong ending to the word. Lol
I understand the old language I do have hard time understanding the shorter words idk why. I guess use to hearing old language lol
