Catch SQL Injection Vulnerabilities

SQL injection vulnerabilities have been a focus of security for the better part of two decades. We've devoted countless resources to upskilling developers and creating new frameworks to protect from this particular vulnerability, yet code committed to repositories today includes code susceptible to this style of attack. Clearly we need a different approach, something which can act as a safety net for developers, which can both catch and identify potentially at risk code and help developers remediate the issue.
