Rarified Microtech: The Select Fire..WTH?

Long gone and hard to find, here's a very interesting Microtech. Its alien form and dual action are intriguing. So much so that TacticalDoodle took it out and rolled the edge on a staple! No worries. I break out the Edge Pro Apex and show you the results in the add on video. You can give your credit card a rest on this particular Microtech, just a pure entertainment KRV!

I'm a machinist, I've milled plenty of 7 series aluminum. It's really not that difficult but you will go through more cutters which makes it more expensive.

I don’t get the obsessions with knifes personally. I carry an atomic OTF knife and use it every day. It is a fantastic knife I don’t have to care about loosing for 40 bucks, and I can easily deploy and stow with one hand while the other hand is busy holding the work

Nutn got me hooked on Microtech in 2012. I had 17 different Socoms at one point! I've downsized since then, but I'll never be without a couple of Deltas in my collection.

Great content as always

I had a Select Fire a few years ago. It's such a unique design that I couldn't pass up the opportunity. Ultimately it just didnt connect with me so it went on down the line.

Considering I own a few MTs including an ultratech, ludt, socom elite, and a halo v I totally missed this one. As always love the continued knife reviews. Keep up the great work 👍

If you really want to lose your mind. Look at some of the Marfione custom MT's.

Got a SOCOM HEC in my pocket right now. Glad I didn't hesitate to spend the money when they were available. When I got it I'd been waiting for them to do another run of them for years.

Microtech knives offer some of the most precise machining and detailed processing around. Spare no expense kind of engineering.
