What is time-sharing?

Показать описание
In Florida, time sharing, often called custody, means the number of over nights including holidays that a child spends with each parent. In Florida, the parties must either agree to a time sharing arrangement that is approved by the court, or if the parties cannot agree, or if the court does not approve of the parents' plan, then the court will determine the time sharing schedule. Time sharing is always based on the best interest of the children with a consideration of a number of different factors. Once a time sharing is approved by the court, it's very important that the parents follow the plan, because failure to do so can result in severe sanctions and penalties.
