In the first solution, my PC says that C:users/user instead of C:windows/system32 as seen in your video although I have chose the "run as administrator". besides, the "troubleshooting windows update" couldn't find anything. I don't know why. Please help me! Thanks

I find it funny that windows needs administrator privileges to do some things even if there is no password.
