I don’t know the laws were you live, but here in iowa their a UTV so you can take them on the roads in iowa, we got one and all we had to add was a bike flag and the UTV plate stick

Same wheels as my son's tao 125cc quad. Cranking the engine over sounds the same to lol.... my guess a Chinese quad with their jeep look-a-like body
