The Dodge Charger is a model of automobile marketed by Dodge.

The first Charger was a show car in 1964 A 1965 Charger II concept car had a remarkable resemblance to the 1966 production version.

There have been several different production variants of Chargers, built on three different platforms and sizes. In the United States, the Charger nameplate has been used on subcompact hatchbacks, full-size sedans, muscle cars, and personal luxury coupes. The current version is a four-door sedan.
The 2017 model had an upgrade to the 8.4-inch navigation/display system and was restyled due to issues with the previous system.

For 2020, the Charger Hellcat comes standard with the "widebody" to accommodate an improved tire/suspension package. Dodge also added a new trim for 2020 called the SRT Hellcat Redeye. The Hellcat Redeye comes standard with the 797 hp (594 kW; 808 PS) V8 engine. The 2020 Charger Pursuit is only available in the RWD V6 and AWD V8 models, with the RWD V8 model being discontinued. Both Pursuit models now feature eight-speed automatic transmissions.

BMW:
The BMW M8 is the high performance version of the BMW 8 Series (G15) marketed under the BMW M sub-brand.

Introduced in June 2019, the M8 was initially produced in the 2-door convertible and 2-door coupe body styles. A 4-door sedan (F93 model code, marketed as 'Gran Coupe') body style was added to the lineup in October 2019. The M8 is powered by the BMW S63 twin-turbocharged V8 engine shared with the BMW M5 (F90).

Bmw underrated it from the factory. Those things dyno at 600whp. They make the same crank hp as the hellcats.

Honestly I was once a bmw M fan boy but then i woke up..please lease BMWs they are not worth buying..after 3 years give it back..reliability sucks on bmw..the older ones from the late 90s to the early 00s were alot more reliable..I've owned over 9 bmw cars and they all failed after 3 to 4 years, especially the faster engines like my M..I've switch to Mopar(scatpack & hellcat)and never looked back..the M8 comp is fast as well as the hellcat redeye. It all comes down to the driver..I like both but rather sleep better at night..plus I like the retro 70s look..the wide body gets alot more looks in my opinion. The new 8series looks sort of like a mustang w bmw badges..the new M8 doesn't come close in looks to the older (1991-1997)8 series..something about that original 8series spoke class, speed, luxury, true bmw with those flip up lights and all the windows went down to make one big opening..lol
