Ahh, the good ol' "No True Muslim" fallacy.
1. Ali is Muslim and has become addicted to drugs.
2. "No True Muslim" would become addicted to drugs.
C. Therefore, Ali is not a Muslim.

Until you do a headcount to say how many Muslims there are, and then magically, he is again.

Addiction is a problem faced by modern society irrespective of religious belief, and we need to tackle it together, not politicise it and use it for apologetics.
