No.1! It’s a nice pop of color that seems dark enough to hide small marks as they develop with use, love the office, and thanks for the video chole! ❤

Number 1 is a calm color and would give a sense of serenity. As for the lighting, having LED strip light taped around the back/side edges of the desk also makes the ambiance a bit brighter/warmer as well :)

Of the choices you gave, I'd select option 1. My rec. as a designer myself though is to buy a light neutral (light grey, cream, etc.) and add a pop of color with a throw pillow or folded blanket that is draped over the back.

The neutral is a safe option for an expensive purchase and a pillow/ blanket allows you to change things out as your taste changes, trends come and go, etc. It also saves you from having to commit to a color you may not like 5-10 years from now.

I felt so inspired watching this. I've also been transforming my desk as I become more financially stable and I'm currently content with my desk. All my friends love it but I'm hoping to upgrade it to get something more like what you have.

Also for the swatches I absolutely love #2 I see most people prefer #1, maybe because it probably goes better with your home deco palette but I honestly think # 2 is the absolute best!!
