Pro Racer REACTS to Need For Speed Heat | Experts React

Our Mazda Driver and Chris Nunes is back again with another episode, where he will give us insight on how some of these fast cars work and their special features in Need For Speed Heat and teach us more about racing. From the exhaust sounds to the apex curves Chris will tell the DO's and DON'T's of the street racing. The cars that Chris will review from Need For Speed Heat are:

Need for Speed Heat (stylized as NFS Heat) is a racing video game released by Electronic Arts in 2019 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. It is the twenty-fourth installment in the Need for Speed series, and it marks the 25th anniversary of the franchise. Critics gave the game mixed reviews, deeming it an improvement over the 2015 Need for Speed reboot and Payback, but not enough to represent a complete return to form for the brand. Heat was Ghost Games' final game as a primary developer and for the Need for Speed franchise. Criterion Games, the creators of the Burnout series and Need for Speed: Most Wanted, took up development of the brand in February 2020.

I love these experts react and as someone who is a huge fan of NFS I love this. Could we perhaps get a Forza Horizon 5 react or maybe NFS Most Wanted 2005.

There's actually a mod, called NFS Heat Unite, that adds a lot of missing and fun stuff like over steer, live tuning overhaul, actual engine swaps (swaps that make sense based on the engine bay size of a car and have been done in the real world) which include real names, visuals overhaul, and other fun stuff

As an "NFS Heat conosuer" the engine swaps are insane going from 2jz to V8 twin turbo hybrids to ur standard Lamborghini V12. Traction control is in the quick menu while driving you can also change the steering sensitivity and the drift type (gas or break) which is just which button you would use to initiate the drift. The car selection is BOSS but I wish there was Bugatti and masarati. And maybe some everyday car brands just to make the game "relatable".

Street racing at my university is only done at night on completely empty field roads. We haven't had a single collision or crash since they started in 2014

The one favorite quality of NFS is how well it gives that sense of speed

So if you are going to do experts play here are a few things to keep in mind. 1. This is arcade raing game and not a simcade. There's very little actually simulation esk in this game (IMO) (and yes I have played a lot of this game) 2. Handling tuning itself is very limited but the performance parts that you put on make much more impact suspension, tires etc. so experiment with parts peeps. 3. If you are going to do an experts play either make it a bigger series or get a save game.
Ps. I tried to be non offencive since i actually really like the content and have played everything from simulators to arcade racers like these. So sorry if I sounded harsh. But yeah kerp the amazing content coming!

NFS game is just more than a race car game series . It's filled with emotions adrenaline, cops chase etc . Literally everyone has had childhood memories 🤣 with it .

21:48 Btw this game has class meaning drift, on road, offroad and race . See mentioned left hand side of the customise menu under nitros the square . So since you watched some of them street racing they are tuned to that so maybe the drift mechanism was a little odd to you . Hope you watch some drift specs clips to understand the drift mechanics better. I also have a yah-nah feeling with the mechanics but like you said it's a fun sim-cade game

Chris is such a great expert, cos he just enjoys everything he sees and explains everything. I love it when experts react, but dont just shit on the game the entire time. Chris is such a positive vibe.

if you want good drift you have to setup your tuning and parts to it. if you have your car set up for good grip like a track day killer would be then you don't drift as easy.

also i can't believe you guys didn't show him the M3 GTR
