dear brother.
I recently use CART tree to generate a landslide susceptibility map from a past landslide. First I use the type "class" tree to have the tree from the past landslides data. And then use the predict () with the type "prob" to gain a probability map. However the accuracy when using the predict () type prob is almost zero, compared to if I use predict() type "class" where the accuracy is 0.7 with the exact same data.
I wonder of you have any knowledge or experience about this.
