How about only the required numbers. For suppose I want to print 2 and 7 table only. Program should be universal like if someone want to print 4 and 6 or something else. How?

if you want just a table try System.out.printf("%4d", i*j);

It'll look somewhat like this but with better spacing (I can't paste it over with the format it shows):
