You are definitely a smart cookie. I watch your videos and for the most part I think your opinions are valid. I also think you have helped a great deal of people interested in TURO make good decisions. I run a very large wholesale operation and a small retail dealership. We also have a small TURO fleet which is basically an experiment at this point. If I'm being honest, I think your blanket opinion of dealers is a bit off. There are a few of us who go above and beyond to provide a quality service. Nonetheless, I agree with a lot of your perspective regarding our industry. I might be able to lend some credible information to your video content so if you ever want to chat please don't hesitate to reach out. Great job attempting to educate the the masses on these issues....it's commendable.

I have been self-employed going on 25 years and in that time have experienced many ups and down in my income. While I have never gotten a W-2 job in the last 25 years one benefit that I always envied is the heavily subsidized health insurance typical of most employers in my field. I don't know your current family situation or health insurance but if you were to ever consider quitting I would suggest carefully looking at what health care spending will be without an employer.

Most people that own a buisness would know that, after a while it start to be boring, like any other job. I work for a company that pay really good, most company will give you a 401k plan, when I started I just add more from 4% standard to 8%, one of my co-worker was bragging to me about it when I just got started, so I increase my percent. After a year and 11 month into it about 25K so far.. It depends on the company that will give you a better 401K plan, it the best 401K plan that I got from couple previous company I work for.

I think it also depends on the current full time job, are you working from home? commuting 2 hours a day etc... the people you work with are great or a headache lol..
