The Election Commision has its limitations, and needs to toe the line of the RULING PARTY, otherwise they would themselves would become redundant. The EC would have to think several times, before CHALLENGING THE RULING PARTY, and the concept of "free and fair elections"is itself undefined and circumstantial

What Rajdeep is saying, is because he is not informed about statistics and studies. He had a similar problem when he was interviewing a sociologist about the death of journalists in India. He just could not understand when he was told that one case does not make a statistic. He is committing the same mistake again. In the West if one is reporting about statistics the reporter first learns it himself and then writes or reports about it. It is high time that the TV employs people who understand these things and teaches them to the anchor, so he can then talk intelligently !
