A wildly massive experience, with tons of online multiplayer modes to enjoy and of course the majestic free roam options that are present too.

This is definitely a mighty release for sure, one that continues to be well loved and desired years after the fact. It's certainly a thrilling time that continues to hold up and even be enjoyed by many despite it being a rather aged one at that too. The ultimate western game, becoming the iconic cowboy. Looks fantastic. A benefit if you will with the older hardware is certainly its limitation in draw distance as it hides a lot of lacking detail, whereas with the new hardware you see every bit of it.

I just really wish that would add auto hdr and a 60 FPS boost and then this game would be even more perfect!

I first began to play RDR on the 360, but it had significant frame rate drops during busy scenes, so I finished the game on the Xbox One. My next playthrough will probably be on the Series X.
It is crazy that games in this day and age are still locked to 30 fps. It is also crazy how well the 360 architechture held up with RDR and GTA V.

Yeah I was shocked too, I bought this back in the day for the 360, played tons of it and never really played again, then with the sale at the moment I wanted to see if my undead nightmare dlc would work so I bought the digital and started it in the series x and damn… looks amazing.

I'm hoping their fps boosts end up getting applied to 360 games. This game has never ran in 60fps.

Rockstar recently announced Red Dead Redemption is coming to PS4 and Switch.

Here's hoping that a 60 FPS boost is available when playing on PS5 and that includes the 360 version running on Series X
