This soldier had made a promise to his Granny that he would never miss one of her birthdays. Ever since she adopted him, he had kept that promise, until this year. He was deployed, but secretly made it back for her party in order to keep his promise. During the party, she admitted that she only had 1 wish, which was that he would make it home for her birthday and keep his promise.
