Nasa leader Raila Odinga claims ballot papers were printed in Kenya

NASA leader Raila Odinga now claims the real ballot papers to be used in the October 26 repeat elections were printed in the country and the display of those flown to the country from Dubai was only but a decoy. Raila who withdrew from the repeat elections citing a pre-rigged system says the vote on October 26 would only be a charade.
