Takstar sounds noticably better than the Rode Video Mic to me. The Video Mic lacks a lot of detail and makes your voice sound "hissy". Comica is actually better than both. It doesn't have the muffled hissy essy sounds the others get. Not hissy like normal sibilant mics, but the first two have an actual static like hiss sound, like the static you'd hear on an old CRT TV. The Comica is a bit sibilant with the 's' sound, but in more of the usually microphone way. The Neewer is just garbage though. I've heard some pretty "okay" sounding audio from it when it's cleaned up (and not in Tele mode) but it's only "okay" when compared to an onboard cheap camera mic.

As for which I think are the most usable it's the Comica followed by the Takstar. Then far behind the others it's Video Mic and then in a distant last place the Neewer "shotgun" mic. Interestingly enough Neewer has a new one that looks very different and costs significantly more but I wouldn't try it myself. Panasonic actually used to sell that Neewer for a really inflated price, and it was just as bad but cost like 2 or 3 times as much.

To be honest though I'd just say get a cheap small diaphragm condenser if you already have a mixer/interface. Like you mentioned before the MXLs can be found for about $30 used, the iSK Pearl is that price new but about the same or better quality.
