Having consistency after a few days and just tilt in one bad day and give it all back. The good thing is I have done it so much I’m starting to do it less and less.

My trigger is losing several consecutive trades. Something is my brain switches and I become obsessed with getting it back, resulting in revenge trading. And when that causes further losses I give up and take careless trades not caring about blowing the account.

Hit the nail on the head there! We gotta be mindful of those. Missing out trades too constantly In a week definitely asks for a different level of control and discipline

I just found mine is a combination of the emotional pressure from scalping and losing trades quickly. I realized this hasn't happened the few times I actually attempted swing trading, which is why I'm about to switch trading styles entirely.

Went on tilt once when I was on a very profitable trade only to realize I placed the trade on my demo account. It was a new experience and I had to learn from it.

Fear from a winning streak.. That feeling of “Is this actually sustainable?” And the urge to go and prove it to yourself over and over, despite being in profit. Not enough talk about how trading is mentally difficult even when winning

I need a car to get to school and work by the end of the month and I start to over trade hoping I can gather enough to buy one

My trigger is going below my starting balance...I start to not care the moment I go into drawdown and I hate it.

i was pursuing this toxic girl while still on phase 1 n my trading history were almost full of red....

after i start to move on from her bcs i didn't want to play her games, my trading got so much better... i went from -9% to breakeven in just a week

now I'm trying to hit 8% profit target but I'm only getting in if the confluences look good and always be mindful of my triggers to avoid stupid trades

If your trigger is personal issues, how can they be avoided? Cause some of the issues may be unavoidable circumstances not within our control…😅

I usually buy 10 contracts, and I have a 200 dollar stop loss. If my stop loss is hit, oh well. If it's not, I let the trade go until the chart tells me the trend is gone. I pay attention to higher highs, higher lows, lower lows, and lower highs. Let's say I decided to go long. I will stay in the trade until it creates a lower low or starts to trade sideways. Usually, try to pocket 200 bucks per trade. That works for me, but it may not work for you.

My trigger is lot size and multiple losses 📉 💣
So I size very small and only add to winners 🏆 after confirmation
