Currently I think Crocodile has everything to be at the level of the strongest 1st Yonkou commanders, like King or Marco, a lodge (possibly awakened), Haki, intelligence and more. Another one who should be higher up is Bourgeois, he should not be underestimated. For mere narrative, he and Shiryu should be the 1st and 2nd strongest Yonkou commanders that the Mugiwaras will have to face (this not possibly counting the Shanks Pirates). The other positions are very well placed.

Very weak start, how is Rakuyo under Speed Jiru. Rakuyo fought Kizaru and is over Jiru in rank. Shit doesnt make sense.
