In this section i am going to create a approval workflow for my list item In SharePoint Online with the help of SharePoint Designer 2013.

what are the task i am going perform here is -
1: i will create a task list with choice menu column with three option :
a: Initiated
b: Review & approved
c: Published

2: i will create workflow in SharePoint Designer 2013 to send email to particular user when the status value field matches to the person.

I used "SharePoint Designer 2007" years ago, but unfortunately, I can no longer see the "code" and "design" environment In the main program window from the later versions. Please guide me if possible.

This one is not feasible because status column is open for changing to the initiator role as well, any suggestions please?

Hello Sir,

I have created one SharePoint where when a person will enter shift their timings will be automatically generated with the help of column validation but now I am unable to get that on email. Can you help me how can I get the information from SharePoint designer
